Career Coach Nepal (CCN) had the privilege of partnering with Atharva Business College to facilitate their Orientation and Socialization Program. Our mission was clear: to transform the traditional "welcome" into a launchpad for professional excellence.
The transition from high school to a business degree is a critical pivot point. Atharva Business College sought a way to engage the incoming students immediately, ensuring they entered the classroom with a career-first mindset rather than just an academic one.
Our program moved beyond simple icebreakers. We implemented a three-pillar strategy designed to ignite professional curiosity:
